When we meet for our initial consultation, our Education Engagement Practitioner will ask you about your preferred method of communication. We will strive to use this method of communication if we need to contact you. Our director has completed a proficiency course in Auslan and we can also use TTY and translator (Language Loop) services. Our primary methods of communication are via telephone and email.
